ALANA

Miss Alana is known for bringing to her classes energy, smiles and fun in a very supportive environment.

Alana has completed her Keeping Kids Safe In Dance training. In Miss Alana's classes, having all students feel confident and included is very important to her. Alana has completed her Ready Set Dance & Ready Set Ballet Silver certification, Gold certification and Ready Set Move certification. Throughout Alana's training, she has completed many exams, including her high level Tap Intermediate exam through Australian Teachers Of Dancing. Alana is currently completing her Certificate 4 in Dance Teaching through Transit Dance. Out of Dance time, Alana is a qualified teachers Aide, supporting children one on one within the classroom and school environment.

Alana has been a dedicated and accomplished dancer with UCANDANCE for 17 years. Her enthusiasm and contagious love for dance saw her training in every possible genre, including jazz, tap, hip hop, contemporary, ballet, pointe, musical theatre, commercial and technique classes. Throughout Alana's training, she has has participated in competitions in solos and troupes, throughout regional Victoria and Melbourne. Highlights of performing include, performing at Melbourne events, DCI ( Dance Cancer Initiative) & the Australian Tap Dance festival showcase. In 2022 was successful in receiving a position in the Melbourne RISE program for dancers.

This year, Alana looks forward to sharing her passion and celebrating all achievements in her classes.
